Return Policy

If you purchased your item through a retailer or a 3rd party online vendor, please contact the location where you originally purchased your item to process your return.

If you purchased your item online through Native Trails, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with every order. Native Trails promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise.

Please adhere to the following return policy:

  • ● All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. The product must be free from scratches and/or damage
  • ● Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • ● The product must not have been installed
  • ● You must have the original packaging for the item
  • ● Refunds will only be issued for unused item(s).

For home decor items we will refund your purchase price, provided the returned item(s) is received back in its original packaging, along with all accessories, your purchase is in “as-new” condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable along with the original pack slip. We will refund your original payment method.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for standard returns (for damaged or defective items see below for more details).


If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item and want to return your purchase for an exchange, you can return your item to us and once received we will ship you a replacement item of the same price. If your desired item is a different price (higher or lower), please follow the Refund procedure above and then place a new order for your desired item.

Before You Return Your Item(s):

  • ● Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories).
  • ● Include a copy of the original e-mail invoice.
  • ● On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, and phone number.

For your protection, we recommend you send your return with a trackable carrier like UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received. We will not accept any returns sent COD.

Any deviation from the return policies and procedures as described above will result in a delay of your credit, and a restocking fee or possibly a cancellation of your return request. We are not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. In addition, Native Trails is not responsible for lost shipments. You must file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper.

Damaged or Defective Items
