Returns
Notification is required prior to a return; please acquire Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and process your return through the Native Trails Dealer Portal: nativetrailshome.com/dealer. (Contact Customer Service if you need assistance logging on.) Merchandise returned for reasons other than damage or defect is subject to a 25% restocking fee after 90 days of invoice date. Returns are not accepted after 120 days of invoice date nor on discontinued items. We strongly recommend insuring all returns, as buyer is responsible for the merchandise’s safe return; credit will not be issued for items returned damaged in return transit. Returns must be shipped via the same method as originally used (LTL or Ground) to avoid transit damage. All authorized items being returned must be in new and sellable condition and in original packaging materials.
Claims
Misshipments, shortages, and shipping damages MUST be reported and photographs sent to the Native Trails Customer Service Department within 30 calendar days of shipment date for deliveries within United States (21 days of shipment date for deliveries to Canada) and all original packaging materials maintained; otherwise, neither Native Trails nor the freight carrier will honor the claim. Please report your claim through the Native Trails Dealer Portal: nativetrailshome.com/dealer. (Contact Customer Service if you need assistance logging on.) Bathtub damage claims must be made BEFORE removal from shipping crate bottom; otherwise claim will not be honored. Native Trails is not responsible for damages incurred during or after installation of products. NOTE: If a product ships on a collect or 3rd party account, freight damage claims cannot be submitted through Native Trails. Buyer must file a claim through their chosen carrier.
