Returns

Notification is required prior to a return; please acquire Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and process your return through the Native Trails Dealer Portal: nativetrailshome.com/dealer. (Contact Customer Service if you need assistance logging on.) Merchandise returned for reasons other than damage or defect is subject to a 25% restocking fee after 90 days of invoice date for stock items, or immediately for Made To Order (MTO) items. Returns are not accepted after 120 days of invoice date nor on discontinued or custom items. MTO items may not be returned after 90 days. We strongly recommend insuring all returns, as buyer is responsible for the merchandise’s safe return; credit will not be issued for items damaged in return transit. Returns must be shipped via the same method as originally used (LTL or Small Parcel) to avoid transit damage. All authorized items being returned must be in new and sellable condition and in original packaging materials.

Claims

We strongly advise inspecting all shipped products upon arrival. Shipping errors and damages (both concealed and visible) MUST be reported to Native Trails within 21 calendar days of delivery. All original packaging materials must be maintained. Bathtub damage claims must be made BEFORE removal from shipping crate bottom. Claims must be filed BEFORE product leaves original recipient address. If these conditions are not met, neither Native Trails nor the carrier will honor the claim. Native Trails is not responsible for damages incurred during or after installation of products.
