At Native Trails, one of our primary goals is to make a positive impact in our global community. That’s why we built Community Trails, our company-wide program through which we support (and enable our staff to support) nonprofit organizations by volunteering time or donating resources.

A few of our Community Trails initiatives

Donation Match: For every dollar our employee donates to approved nonprofits, we provide a dollar-for-dollar match, doubling the impact of their generosity.

Paid Volunteer Time: Our employees have a genuine desire to give back to their communities, and we know the value of having time to share your passion outside of the office. For that reason, we offer our employees two days each year of paid volunteer time for the charitable cause of their choice.
Group Volunteer Days: As a company, we organize group volunteer days to assist nonprofits with their specific projects and events. We’ve worked alongside various charities, including local groups (like homeless shelters and animal rescue organizations) and national groups (like the Special Olympics and American Cancer Society).
Volunteer Time Bonuses: To further encourage volunteer time outside of work hours, when an employee donates 30 or more volunteer hours of personal time during a calendar year to an eligible nonprofit, Native Trails gives an additional $200 to that organization.
Community Trails creates a win-win-win scenario at Native Trails and within our communities: it provides a platform for our employees to give back to others, it lends much-needed volunteer time and funds to nonprofits, and it builds teamwork and a sense of community among our employees.
